A new 3D digital promotions group has been started…both on Facebook and deviantART. We are a group of artists and 3D content vendors working together to make great art using fabulous products, while also bringing more awareness of said products to other 3D artists. We, the artists, showcase just what can be done with some of the great products that are out there in the 3D content world. Our artwork can be found both on our Facebook page and our deviantART page. Due to the increasing amount of people who think that once something, anything, is put online it is free to take, I thought I’d write up an article about what copyright really is and how it protects the artist, author, musician, ect. And then, when the artist finds their artwork has been posted by someone else and they simply leave a comment letting that person know they should have asked permission before posting it and link back to the artist’s website, the thief has the audacity to call the artist rude, delete the comment, and proceed to say how grateful the artist should be to them for “sharing” their artwork. Um…excuse me?! I should thank […]
Welcome to my new blog and my newly re-designed website (http://www.ravenmoondesigns.com)! Don’t update my website in a while and it seems a lot changes in regards to building a website. It has taken me days to get this all figured out…and I hope everything is working correctly for anyone who views this. Anywho, I will use this blog as a way to reach out to any fans and followers I may have enticed with my artwork these last few years. 🙂 I will post any art updates I have – like where to find the latest prints and products, what pieces will be signed limited editions, what contests and awards I may win, ect. And if my readers are so inclined, I do have a FaceBook page (of course, who doesn’t) – http://www.facebook.com/ravenmoondesigns Feel free to leave me feedback. I can’t guarantee I will implement your ideas, but I am […]
